Capture your time and collect your requirements.  As a business owner, you wear many hats.  However, it's important to understand that because you can do it does not mean you should do it.  Learn where you should be focusing your time as CEO.  Uncover the simple process of capturing your requirements and prepare to delegate.  During this session, we will assess where the bottlenecks exist in your business and determine how to redirect your focus  to the key areas of business that will foster future growth.

Craft your policies and protect your business.  During this session, we will review the key policies, procedures, contracts and laws necessary to protect your business.  We will also explore the ideal resources to have on your team to ensure your business is well protected.

Clone yourself and identify your first or next key hire.  Stop being the lone ranger.  During this session, we will identify your next key hire and determine when to hire them.  You will build an organizational chart that will support you in your next phase of your business.  
 
2:30pm                    
Consider your expectations and craft a plan to ensure everyone is on the right track.  Don't worry about whether your new hire will get the job done right.  Instead, focus on specific measures you should take daily with your new hire to ensure everyone is on the same page and moving in the right direction.
